Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage documentation related to import and export operations.
Communicate with clients, carriers, and customs authorities to ensure smooth shipment processes.
Monitor shipping schedules and resolve potential delays or issues.
Collaborate with the operations team to maintain efficient workflows.
Keep accurate records of shipments, including invoices, customs documents, and other essential paperwork.
Provide excellent customer support for freight-related inquiries.
Responsibilities
A minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customs operations.
Knowledge of customs procedures and European trade regulations is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in French and English; proficiency in Dutch or Chinese is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and logistics software.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
